Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this site or buy from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This store is operated by Zodechi LLC, a Texas limited liability company. "We", "us" and "our" mean Zodechi LLC.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfill it at that price.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates, return windows and refund handling are set out on our shipping and returns (/shipping-returns) page, which forms part of these terms.

Products

We work to show our products accurately, but colors can vary between screens, and measurements in the size guide (/size-guide) are approximate and taken flat. Slight variation between garments is normal.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the store or break these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.

Intellectual property

The Zodechi name, the Zodechi mark, the NV GV UP slogan, and the designs, images and text on this site belong to Zodechi LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
